BILLING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: October 13, 2026
Last Updated: October 13, 2026

This Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how purchases, subscriptions, fixed-duration access, cancellations, withdrawal rights, and refunds are handled for ENDPEAK.

This Policy forms part of the terms applicable to purchases of ENDPEAK Services and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions.

1. WHO PROCESSES PAYMENTS

For checkout transactions processed through Paddle, the following payment provisions apply.

For transactions processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for the transaction. Paddle may handle:

  • payment processing;
  • applicable taxes;
  • invoicing and receipts;
  • subscription billing and renewals;
  • payment-failure handling;
  • chargebacks;
  • transaction-related refunds; and
  • buyer support relating to the payment transaction.

ENDPEAK does not receive or store the complete payment-card number for transactions processed directly by Paddle.

The Paddle entity applicable to your purchase, together with Paddle's buyer terms, privacy notice, and refund policy, may be presented during or in connection with checkout.

2. PRICES AND TAXES

The price, currency, billing model, access duration, and principal characteristics of each paid plan are displayed before purchase.

Where applicable, taxes are calculated or collected as part of checkout.

The final amount payable and any applicable tax treatment are shown before the transaction is confirmed where required by law.

ENDPEAK may change prices for future purchases or renewal periods.

A price change will not retroactively alter a period that has already been paid for.

For an automatically renewing subscription, advance notice of a price change will be provided where required by applicable law.

3. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

A monthly subscription renews automatically for successive billing periods unless it is canceled before the next renewal becomes effective.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable merchant of record or payment provider to charge the payment method associated with the transaction at the disclosed recurring price, plus any applicable taxes, until cancellation.

The checkout flow will identify the recurring nature of the purchase before payment.

4. FIXED-DURATION ACCESS

ENDPEAK may offer fixed-duration access plans, including 90-day, 180-day, or other durations shown at checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase, a fixed-duration plan:

  • is paid for once;
  • does not renew automatically; and
  • ends automatically when the purchased access period expires.

If you want continued access after a fixed-duration plan ends, you must purchase another eligible plan.

5. FREE TRIALS

ENDPEAK may offer eligible users a free trial.

The duration, included features, eligibility criteria, and other trial conditions are shown when the trial is offered.

Where the trial is expressly offered without a payment method:

  • no payment method is required;
  • the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription; and
  • no charge is generated merely because the trial expires.

Trial availability, duration, and eligibility may change over time.

6. HOW TO CANCEL A RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION

You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription through the subscription-management method made available in ENDPEAK, through the applicable Paddle customer-management portal, or through another cancellation method communicated to you.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the cancellation becomes effective.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated during cancellation, canceling a monthly subscription does not terminate access immediately. You may continue to use the paid Services until the end of the billing period already paid for.

After that period, your account may revert to the access level then available to free, expired, or otherwise non-subscribed users.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your ENDPEAK account.

7. REFUND POLICY

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • applicable consumer-protection law;
  • the Paddle buyer and refund terms applicable to the transaction;
  • any refund commitment expressly offered by ENDPEAK at the time of purchase; and
  • the circumstances of the request.

Except where a refund, withdrawal right, price reduction, charge correction, or other remedy is required by applicable law, provided under Paddle's applicable terms, or expressly offered by ENDPEAK, purchases are non-refundable.

This may include:

  • monthly subscription charges;
  • fixed-duration access;
  • partially used access periods;
  • unused access periods;
  • failure to use the Services;
  • changes to a personal study schedule;
  • examination scheduling changes;
  • failure to sit an examination;
  • passing or failing an examination; or
  • dissatisfaction with an official examination result.

Cancellation of a recurring subscription prevents future renewals but does not, by itself, create a right to refund amounts already paid.

Nothing in this Policy limits a mandatory consumer right.

8. CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Consumers in some jurisdictions may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within a specified period.

For consumers in Spain and other jurisdictions applying equivalent European consumer rules, that period is generally fourteen (14) calendar days, subject to applicable exceptions and conditions.

Digital content or digital services may be supplied immediately after purchase.

Where applicable law permits the right of withdrawal to end or be affected once immediate performance begins, this will only apply where the legally required consent, acknowledgment, confirmation, or other conditions have been satisfied.

If the law applicable to you grants a withdrawal right that cannot be waived or restricted, that right remains available regardless of any other wording in this Policy.

9. REQUESTING A REFUND OR WITHDRAWAL

For a transaction processed by Paddle, you may submit a transaction-related refund or withdrawal request through Paddle's buyer-support channel or another method Paddle makes available for that transaction.

You may also contact ENDPEAK at:

Support: contact@endpeak.com
Billing: contact@endpeak.com

Please provide enough information for the transaction to be identified, such as the email address used for the purchase and, where available, the transaction or invoice reference.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers or other unnecessary financial information to ENDPEAK support.

10. INCORRECT OR DUPLICATE CHARGES

If you believe that:

  • you were charged the wrong amount;
  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • a renewal occurred after a valid cancellation;
  • the wrong plan was purchased because of a technical error; or
  • another billing error occurred,

contact Paddle buyer support or ENDPEAK support promptly.

We will cooperate with the merchant of record or payment provider as reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction.

11. FAILED OR PAST-DUE PAYMENTS

If an automatically renewing payment fails, Paddle or another applicable payment provider may retry the payment in accordance with its billing rules.

Access may be restricted, suspended, or allowed to expire if payment is not completed.

You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation or termination, subject to any mandatory right or remedy available under applicable law.

12. EFFECT OF A REFUND OR REVERSAL

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise canceled, ENDPEAK may end or adjust the access entitlement associated with that transaction.

Where only part of a transaction is refunded, access may be adjusted where reasonably necessary to reflect the resulting purchase entitlement.

We will not remove access in a way that conflicts with a mandatory consumer right or a binding decision applicable to the transaction.

13. ACCESS AFTER EXPIRY OR CANCELLATION

When paid access expires or a canceled subscription reaches the end of its paid period, some premium features may become unavailable.

ENDPEAK may continue to provide access to certain free features, historical results, frozen analytics, account information, or other functionality made available to non-subscribed users.

The exact post-expiry feature set may change over time.

Your account and eligible study history may remain associated with your account so that it can be available again if you later purchase access, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention rules.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in:

  • payment providers;
  • billing models;
  • plan structures;
  • consumer-law requirements;
  • refund procedures; or
  • ENDPEAK Services.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date.

A change will not retroactively remove a mandatory consumer right or a transaction right that has already arisen.
