Question 1

What exactly is ENDPEAK, and what do I get for free?

Accepted Answer

ENDPEAK is a professional NCLEX-RN preparation platform. With a free account you can practise in the question bank (a limited daily set of NCLEX-style questions) and start the 5-day free trial whenever you want. The premium tools — the adaptive study plan, the diagnostic exam, CAT and custom exam simulations, the RN Topics library with study text, flashcards and case studies, the AI tutor and the readiness analytics — are available during the trial and with an active subscription.

Question 2

Who is it built for?

Accepted Answer

Nursing students still in school, recent graduates preparing for the NCLEX-RN, and internationally educated nurses seeking US licensure. The platform is in English and follows US nursing licensure standards.

Question 3

Does it cover NCLEX-PN or USMLE?

Accepted Answer

Today the content is focused on the NCLEX-RN. The platform is built around a certificate structure so additional exams (NCLEX-PN, USMLE) can be added later without changing how you study.

Question 4

How long is the free trial and what's included?

Accepted Answer

The free trial lasts 5 days and includes the study plan, question bank, RN Topics with study text and flashcards, the diagnostic exam, CAT and custom exams, and the AI tutor. Pro Vault video playback stays reserved for active subscriptions. No credit card is required to start.

Question 5

Why does the system ask to verify my device when starting a trial?

Accepted Answer

To keep the trial fair, each device/network can start one free trial every 90 days. We use a privacy-preserving device signal and a hashed IP — we never store your raw IP address or browsing data.

Question 6

What should I do first after signing up?

Accepted Answer

With a free account, start with the question bank: you get a limited daily practice set, and you can activate the 5-day free trial whenever you want. Once your trial or subscription is active, take the diagnostic exam and configure your study plan with your exam date and weekly available hours — from then on the dashboard tells you what to do next every day.

Question 7

Can I use ENDPEAK on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every area — reading materials, flashcards with swipe navigation, question bank, case studies and full exam simulations — is designed to work on phones, tablets and desktops.

Question 8

What is the diagnostic exam for?

Accepted Answer

It measures your starting ability across the NCLEX blueprint. The results label each topic with a strength band (weak, moderate, strong) and reorder the topics inside every module so you work on your weakest content first.

Question 9

Does the diagnostic completely rebuild my plan?

Accepted Answer

No. Modules keep their pedagogical order; topics are reordered within each module. This keeps prerequisites intact while still prioritizing your weak areas.

Question 10

Can I retake the diagnostic exam?

Accepted Answer

Yes, after a 15-day cooldown. Retaking it recalculates your bands and reorders upcoming topics. If a not-yet-started topic becomes weaker than your current one, you still finish the current topic first to avoid half-completed work.

Question 11

Can I skip topics I already know?

Accepted Answer

Topics labelled as your strongest can be marked as completed without finishing their Q-Bank. They still count in the module exam — and if you miss questions from that topic there, its band drops and the Q-Bank becomes required again.

Question 12

How does the plan adapt to my available time?

Accepted Answer

You set your exam date and weekly study hours. The plan distributes materials across weeks using estimated study times, and shows whether your schedule is feasible or needs more hours per week.

Question 13

What happens to the questions I get wrong?

Accepted Answer

Missed items feed retry blocks that are automatically scheduled back into your plan, so weak content resurfaces at the right moment instead of being forgotten.

Question 14

What is inside a topic?

Accepted Answer

Typically reading text, flashcards, a Q-Bank of practice questions and — where applicable — NGN case studies. The number of Q-Bank questions is sized by your band: more questions for weak topics, fewer for strong ones.

Question 15

Can I study outside the plan order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The RN Topics section lets you open any module, topic and material directly. The plan keeps tracking your progress either way.

Question 16

How do I build a custom practice set?

Accepted Answer

In Question Bank use the advanced filters: keyword search, section, topic, difficulty, question type, plus Unanswered, Incorrect and Bookmarked. Then start the session with exactly the questions you selected.

Question 17

Is my practice session saved if I leave?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every filtered practice session is stored in your history so you can resume where you left off or repeat the same set later.

Question 18

Where are the questions from?

Accepted Answer

All questions are original content written for ENDPEAK from our proprietary study materials. They are designed to test clinical judgment, prioritization and patient safety rather than pure recall.

Question 19

Do I see rationales?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every question includes a rationale, and you can ask the AI tutor for a deeper, personalized explanation of why your answer was right or wrong.

Question 20

What if I spot an error in a question?

Accepted Answer

Use the flag icon shown on any question, flashcard or exam item. It opens a short report form that reaches our content team directly.

Question 21

What are the term hovers in weak topics?

Accepted Answer

In weak topics, key clinical terms in the text, flashcards and Q-Bank are highlighted. Hover (or tap on mobile) to read a detailed explanation without leaving the question.

Question 22

How realistic is the CAT exam simulation?

Accepted Answer

It uses an item-response-theory engine with adaptive difficulty selection, continuous ability estimation and confidence-based stopping rules — the same logic family the real NCLEX uses. The goal is realism, not gamification.

Question 23

What is the difference between the CAT exam and a custom exam?

Accepted Answer

The CAT exam adapts to you and stops when the engine is confident about a pass/fail decision. A custom exam is a fixed set you configure yourself (topics, question types, number of questions, timing) for targeted practice.

Question 24

Can I resume or repeat an exam?

Accepted Answer

Custom exams can be resumed if you left before finishing, and repeated afterwards. CAT attempts cannot be repeated, since each one is a fresh adaptive measurement.

Question 25

Which NGN question types are supported?

Accepted Answer

Case studies, bowtie, matrix/grid, grouping, drag-and-drop and dropdown cloze, highlight-in-text, select-N and extended multiple response — all rendered the way they appear in the real exam.

Question 26

How do NGN case studies work?

Accepted Answer

Each case study carries a set of questions in a fixed order plus a patient chart with shared clinical information. Some chart tabs unlock only from a given question onward. On desktop the chart sits beside the question; on mobile a floating button opens it.

Question 27

Do I get feedback after an exam?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each attempt produces a report with accuracy by topic and question type, timing, and the specific items you missed, so you can see exactly where to focus next.

Question 28

Are exams timed?

Accepted Answer

Custom exams can be configured with or without a timer. CAT simulations track time the way the real exam does so you can build realistic pacing.

Question 29

What can the AI tutor help me with?

Accepted Answer

It explains rationales, breaks down nursing concepts, walks you through clinical reasoning step by step, and helps you understand why a distractor was tempting. It answers using our own study materials, so explanations stay aligned with the content you're studying.

Question 30

Can I ask for an explanation directly from a question or flashcard?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After you answer a question or flip a flashcard, an explanation button gives you a deeper, context-aware breakdown of that specific item.

Question 31

Does the AI give medical advice?

Accepted Answer

No. It is strictly an educational NCLEX instructor and coach. It does not diagnose, prescribe or provide patient-specific treatment advice.

Question 32

Are my conversations saved?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your chat threads are stored in your account so you can return to previous explanations. You can start a new empty conversation at any time.

Question 33

Can the AI be wrong?

Accepted Answer

It can. Always cross-check against the item rationale and your course materials, and report anything that looks inaccurate with the flag icon.

Question 34

How is the readiness estimate calculated?

Accepted Answer

We combine your performance across adaptive practice, Q-Bank sessions and mock exams using item-response theory, weighted toward recent performance. The result is a probability range, not a single number.

Question 35

Does a high readiness score guarantee I'll pass?

Accepted Answer

No, and we deliberately never present it that way. It is probability-based guidance with explicit uncertainty, and we keep the estimate conservative rather than optimistic.

Question 36

Why did my readiness go down?

Accepted Answer

Usually because a recent session revealed a weakness the previous estimate hadn't seen, or because you attempted harder items. This is useful information — the plan responds by scheduling more work on that content.

Question 37

What does 'weak areas to focus on' mean on the dashboard?

Accepted Answer

It lists the topics where your accuracy and ability estimates are lowest right now, ranked by expected impact on your score if you improve them.

Question 38

What is Weekly Premiere?

Accepted Answer

Tutor-led sessions published inside a scheduled availability window. Times are always displayed in your own time zone. Sessions are announced in the app when they are scheduled — there is no guaranteed fixed weekly slot.

Question 39

What is Pro Vault?

Accepted Answer

The on-demand video library with recorded sessions and topic explanations. Playback requires an active subscription; free and trial accounts can see the titles but cannot play the videos.

Question 40

Why can't I open a video?

Accepted Answer

Either the availability window hasn't opened yet, it has already closed, or your current access tier doesn't include that library. The badge on each item shows the exact status and countdown.

Question 41

How are times shown for my country?

Accepted Answer

The platform detects your device time zone automatically and renders all availability dates and countdowns in it. You can override the detected zone in your profile preferences.

Question 42

What subscription plans are available?

Accepted Answer

After the 5-day free trial you can choose from several paid plans with different durations. Each plan card on the pricing page lists exactly what is included.

Question 43

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period, and you keep your progress data if you come back later.

Question 44

How does the referral bonus work?

Accepted Answer

Share your personal invite link. When a friend registers with it, you both receive extra days of access automatically.

Question 45

Do I keep my progress if I pause my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your study plan, answered questions, bookmarks, exam attempts and analytics remain in your account.

Question 46

How is my data handled?

Accepted Answer

Your account data is protected with per-user access rules at the database level, so only you (and, for support purposes, our administrators) can access your records.

Question 47

A page fails to load or looks stuck. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Reload the page first — this clears most temporary loading issues. If it persists, open a support ticket from inside the app with the page name and what you were doing.

Question 48

My progress didn't save.

Accepted Answer

Progress saves continuously while you're online. If you lost connection mid-session, reopen the material or exam: you'll be returned to your last saved position, and unfinished exams can be resumed.

Question 49

How do I contact a human?

Accepted Answer

Use the Support section inside the app to open a ticket. Include screenshots when reporting content or display issues.

Question 50

Is ENDPEAK affiliated with the NCSBN?

Accepted Answer

No. ENDPEAK is an independent educational preparation tool. NCLEX® and NCSBN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, which does not endorse this product.
